Connie Balthrop copied, page-by-page, over 800 pages of workbook materials from Robby Dean’s original set. She made several copies to be used by those who would be working with creating the Prep School materials. WHBC (via Tom Wright) had these scanned, at Thompson Reprographics, providing a single CD-Rom disc, containing several large PDF files. Each page is represented by an image.
